Dr Mona Garha, DNP, NP
Medical Director | Aesthetic and Longevity Specialist
Driven by an interest in anti-aging, wellness, and science, Dr. Mona, envisioned a place where aesthetic healing and preventative wellness come together to create transformative results.
She began her journey with a Bachelor’s Degree in Genetics and Cell Biology from the University of British Columbia, followed by her Master’s Degree and Doctorate in Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner. Her deep academic foundation, combined with extensive research experience in leading-edge labs and several published articles, anchors Nova’s science-backed approach to beauty and health.
In her thriving cosmetic and preventative practice in Vancouver, Dr. Mona is known for her expertise in natural, harmonious results. Trained in medical aesthetics at the Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine, where she also serves as a Medical Director, she prioritizes treatments that enhance one’s own features while preserving authenticity.
With a lifelong passion for longevity science, Dr. Mona believes that true beauty reflects the deeper story of inner vitality. She takes a whole-body approach — aligning body, mind, and spirit — to create personalized plans that rejuvenate from the inside out.

Megan Patapoff, NP, Aesthetic Injector
Megan is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in cardiology and advanced training in aesthetic medicine. She is certified by the Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine and brings a detail-oriented, patient-centered approach to her practice. Megan is passionate about natural, evidence-based aesthetic results and is committed to continuous learning to stay at the forefront of cosmetic innovations.
She is also the author of peer-reviewed research and has presented at national medical conferences. Megan brings the same scientific precision and compassionate care from her medical background into her aesthetic practice, helping clients feel confident, refreshed, and empowered in their skin.
Jenna Pickett, Nurse, Aesthetic Injector
Jenna is a incredibly knowledgeable and talented certified Nurse Injector and Medical Aesthetician. She has over 9 years of experience in Aesthetic Medicine. With extensive knowledge in skincare, laser technologies, and injectables, she tailors each treatment plan to deliver natural, beautiful results.
Jenna is passionate about combining advanced aesthetics with a holistic approach to enhance overall health and wellness. Her greatest reward is seeing her patients gain confidence in their skin and truly glow from within.
