Dr. Mona Garha
Founder & Medical Director
Driven by an interest in anti-aging, wellness and science, Dr. Mona envisioned a place where aesthetic healing and preventative wellness come together to create transformative results.
She began her journey with a Bachelor’s Degree in Genetics and Cell Biology from the University of British Columbia, followed by her Master’s Degree and Doctorate in Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner. Her deep academic foundation, combined with extensive research experience in leading-edge labs and several published articles, anchors Nova’s science-backed approach to beauty and health.
As an Adjunct Professor, her passion is to train the next generation of clinicians. With a lifelong passion for integrative wellness, Dr. Mona believes that true beauty reflects the deeper story of inner vitality.
She takes a whole-body approach — aligning body, mind and spirit — to create personalized plans that rejuvenate from the inside out.
