Your esthetician begins with a thorough skin assessment, then builds your treatment using ZO Skin Health professional products selected specifically for what your skin needs today, whether that's deep hydration, clarity, brightening, or rejuvenation.
Your appointment includes professional cleansing and manual exfoliation, a customized chemical peel, dermaplaning where appropriate, ZO Calming Toner to soothe and balance the skin, facial massage, a targeted sheet mask, neck and shoulder massage, and 10 minutes of LED light therapy, wavelength selected based on your primary skin concern (Red for anti-aging, Blue for acne, Green for pigmentation, or Yellow for redness). Your treatment is completed with ZO Skin Health finishing products tailored to your skin type and goals.

Your esthetician begins with a thorough skin assessment, followed by double cleansing, manual exfoliation with ZO Exfoliating Polish, and a glycolic peel to unclog pores and accelerate cell turnover. Dermaplaning is included where appropriate, avoided for moderate to active acne and sensitive skin.
Following facial massage with ZO Aloe Mask, a ZO Sulfur Mask is applied and left on for 10 minutes, a targeted acne-clearing treatment that draws out impurities and calms inflammation. After removal, a ZO Brightening Sheet Mask is applied alongside neck and shoulder massage, followed by 10 minutes of blue LED light therapy, which targets acne-causing bacteria at the source.

The treatment continues with 10 minutes of green LED light therapy, targeted at pigmentation and uneven skin tone, and is completed with a brightening and hydration-focused finishing protocol: Brightalive Serum Accelerated, Hydromist, ZO Self-Activating Vitamin C, and Skin Nectar. - Arrive with clean skin, remove heavy makeup before your appointment if possible

- Avoid waxing or threading the face within 48 hours before treatment

Facial Aftercare
To protect your results and maintain your skin's glow:
- Apply SPF 30+ before going outdoors, your skin will be more sensitive to UV immediately after treatment
- Avoid heavy makeup for the remainder of the day if possible
- Do not use retinol, exfoliating acids, or active ingredients for 24–48 hours after your facial
- Stay hydrated and avoid excessive heat (saunas, steam rooms) for 24 hours
- Your esthetician will recommend a home care routine to extend and support your results
As a general guideline, avoid microneedling or laser treatments immediately before or after your facial unless specifically recommended by your provider.
